Regina Wise, Founder
Art is...Creation, Inc.

In 1995, 1997 and 1999, I was a part of mission teams and went to Holland to share the real meaning of Easter with the Dutch youth. I saw how the lives of the students on our team and the Dutch youth were impacted for the Lord and His work. In 2012 I went to Ukraine with a mission team and painted 2 murals on an orphanage in Vorsel a rural area near Kyiv and taught watercolor painting to children with disabilities.
For many years I have been helping to send youth to summer camps, individuals on mission trips nationally and internationally and providing experiences in the arts. My vision has expanded and my endeavors were to develop this 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation Art is...Creation, Inc. to help fund these life-changing experiences for youth and those who have a heart for missions and the arts.
Here is a little about my background:
Regina Wise
Art & Instructional Technology Specialist
Founder of Art Is...Creation, Inc.
With drawing being my first love in art, I always enjoy painting in watercolor and acrylics and have taught most media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture in clay, paper and found objects, and digital media arts. My personal artwork consists of work painted or photographed directly from nature to capture the beauty of all things created. I studied art and photography earning a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts at Cheyney University and Art Teacher Certification at Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia and became an art educator. For many years I taught private art lessons on location and in private and public education in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.
In 1998, I earned a Masters of Science degree in Instructional Media Technology at West Chester University in Pennsylvania and devoted my research to designing an Art & Computer Graphics Design curriculum which I further developed and taught at the New Smyrna Beach Middle School in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
It was an award winning program with many students receiving recognition for their computer graphic design work. As a community connection project with the Redevelopment Authority, Atlantic Center for the Arts/Harris House and my Graphic Design classroom, my students used the computer to create sea life designs for lamppost panels. The students then actually painted the designs onto the panels with acrylic paint. Some members of the Artist’s Workshop and Harris House volunteered to help guide the 72 seventh grade students in completing both sides of the 35 panels. These panels hang on the lampposts on Atlantic Avenue between Flagler Avenue and 3rd Avenue in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
After many years of teaching in private and public education, I am now enjoying the fruits of my labor as I seek to use the gifts I have been given and share with others of all ages who dream of being an artist. After retiring from teaching at NSB Middle School I started a multi-generational art program "Expressions Workshop" and taught many classes at the Artists' Workshop before establishing Art Is...Creation, Inc.. I have an Art Ministry called “I AM” Impressions Art Ministry and I was Director of Art at at The Children's Academy of Fine Art, CAFA in Port Orange, Florida.
I have exhibited in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.
My work is in many collections, Nationally and Internationally.
